truck revs high when stopped

    hey everyone, tried searching but couldn't narrow down any search that might help me.

    while at a stop sometimes my truck will rev higher (dont have tach but i can hear feel it) so much that the truck wants to move forward. not sure what could be stuck, damaged or need adjusting.

    anyone have any thoughts of what i should check?
