Just a bunch of old crap
This gets my vote, hands down. Just because motor mounts "look" good doesn't mean that they are tightly holding your engine as solid as they did when they were new. Not broken or crumbled? Great. Doesn't mean that they aren't so worn out that they have more given than normal though.

If the engine is running smooth otherwise, I'd put my money on motor mounts.

I defiantly should invest in this in will but the motor rpms do change and you can hear that slightly through the exhaust note at idle. Do you have to have a motor lift to do this job?

Yea I would think so, jacking it up from the oil pan will be too much *I* think. I've jacked up a engine partially to remove a motor mount on one side of a large v6 on my old Mitsubishi to get to the timing belt, the oil pan took it well. But to jack a whole engine up from it..nah. There may be a good way to do this without a engine lift but I am not aware of it.

So I didn't have time to take the tb off for a deep clean but sprayed it as well as I could and the maf. I also reset the computer. Seems to idle much better now. Still have a little vibe but I believe that is just worn out motor mounts and all. Thanks for the help guys. When I do my other vc I will do a deep clean with the tb.

Mine does this all the time too, when sitting at idle.

    It's probably the IAC.

I cleaned the MAF and TB but didn't do the IAC at the time. I reset my ECU and it still intermittently shimmies or shakes for a split second (typically rpms drop) then regains a normal idle.

now Im not sure what it is, I did what bamatoy1997 suggested, my UG showed at stop I was In the 550s now after doing that im at 600s and up, so it reset the idle higher, the shake is less. :confused:It could have somehow lowered its rpms at (stop/in gear) idle, now reset itself to a more normal range Ill watch if it is better or needs more attention.

My thoughts exactly, as my 2000 2.7 PreRunner also has a noticeable vibration at idle. I think it's collapsed motormounts allowing more of the normal vibration to be transmitted to the body via the frame.

The seats and the stick shift (6 speed) vibrate slightly while idling, is this normal?
