Truck shaking 55-85mph... why?!

My truck (2015 tacoma) shakes (dramatically so in the steering wheel) at certain speeds. With summer tires it occurs at 65 to 85 mph and with winter tires it starts at 55mph. There is a subtle increase in shaking when I brake/slow down, but it's quite subtle. In attempt to fix the problem I have had the tires rotated, aligned, and rebalanced (both the summer and winter tires) and replaced the carrier bearing that seemed a bit loose. I'm at a loss of what the problem could be. Thoughts? Thank you!

Could be several things… Warped rotors, wheel bearings… You gotta start kicking and wiggling things and you’ll find it…

Does it get dramatically worse if you push the brakes pretty hard? Not quite stomping on them but slowing down in a hurry. If so then that sounds like warped rotors to me. If not then I'd look closer at the wheel bearing as IronMaidenJapan suggested above.

Not dramatically, no. I had kept an eye out for this previously and noticed a subtle increase when braking/slowing.. but it's very subtle.

    Thanks for your thoughts!

I always start with the easy stuff. No shaking until highway speeds i would check tire balance first if its not under braking. If its under braking most likely warped rotors

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
You mentioned you have summer and winter tires. Are they mounted on OEM rims or aftermarket? OEM rims are hub centric. Many aftermarket are not. Tacomas get finicky about balance if the rims are not hub centric.

Check driveshaft is properly lubed? Same with the spicer joints? When I get vibration at highway speed that’s not wheels, rotors or suspension bushings it’s usually driveshaft lube related.

I had a similar issue that was around 50-60mph and I replaced my u-joints to fix the issue. Carrier bearing was already done prior to them as well.
