Yes it gets washed before the body does (the under wash) I was thinking that too because sometimes I have a delayed start so I’m now thinking spark plugs.

Do you realize that North is a static direction? If you are driving from Edmonton to Calgary it would be the southern wheels that are engine adjacent.

The top of your Tacoma is the roof, the wheels you face while sitting in the driver’s seat are the front, those behind you are the rear.

I just meant straight when you are in the drivers seat. I don’t know why everyone is getting all confused lol. Everyone has a different term for everything. The brits call it a bonnet while we call it a hood. Crocodile Alligator.

That’s why I asked if it was a Canadian thing.

Also crocodiles and alligators are different types of animals that have similar appearance but more different than say a husky and Great Dane.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I took my full sized Ford F250 CrewCab into a car wash and selected the rim/tire scrubber option. It shook the livin hell out of my truck and as I exited the wash had to jump out and inspect the rims/tires for damage. I did not see anything but decided never to do that again. The carwash was the type you drive into and put your vehicle in "N" and it gets towed thru the entire mechanism.

I'll just stick to the Hooters/Twin Peak charity wash's in the future and let them give my truck a sponge bath.......sigh......
