Ah okay, I was crawling around under the truck looking. I'll pop the hood and check later.

    Thanks

Don't know if this helps, but i had the same problem. I had a leak on the rear sliding window. Take a hose to it and test for any leaks.

Got the rear window replaced along with seals.

I have a 2004 toyota tundra ext cab and I have the exact same problem everytime it rains cat pee/soiled gym socks. In fact it's currently raining and the smell is driving me nuts and my wife and kids also. This thread caught my attention when I goggle searched it. I didn't even put toyota in my search so I was surprised to see this issue with other toyotas

The smell has eventually gone away for me, probably because I no longer live in an area with lots of strays. But the pine sol trick is worth a shot.

okay thank you I'll give the pinesol a try. my carpet seems to be wet in the back driver side corner of the cab.every time it rains, the smell i think is from the carpet getting wet and staying damp and musty creating the smell.definitely no cats near it but i need to figure out how and where exactly it's leaking in from

Above all else sex first. Then what ever you need to do. Even if you have to stop and shower to have sex. You can go back to work in the shop clean. Except for your boys I mean. I usually get a sandwich made for me after sex.. I guess that means I did it right. :bananadance:

Another thing to do is when running the AC a lot, before shutting off the truck shut off the inside circulation switch. This lets most of the water to drain out. You can see the difference on a hard surface. Big difference in the cabin after the truck has been sitting. Hope this was helpful .

sounds like your suicide door window may be leaking. check the hinge to make sure it's closing all the way and clamping the rubber seal

Pull the carpet on the back of the cab, put a bright flashlight underneath your truck, and put butyl tape on any hole you see, and cinch down all bolts, as those go straight through the floor, and the metal-metal is what creates a water seal. I had about a half dozen clip holes that needed covering, and several 10mm bolts were hand loose.

You need to piss on your truck to show those cats that it is your territory not theirs.
