So I was driving my truck back from a buddys today and it started making a grinding noise that slowed down as I would slow down too. Thought it was a wheel bearing again. So checked that when I got home and it wasnt then. On further investagation the noise only came when I turned to the right even the slightest. Any ideas what that could be?

Unfortunately, it sounds like it may be a wheel bearing again. The test where you grab the tire at the top and bottom doesn't always show wear. You're already familiar with the noise they make by the way you described this problem, but if you've replaced that one once before with what they would call an "economy" part (cheap/poorly made), it might be garbage already. I put a whole new front end in my '89 Chevy 4x4 with generic stuff from NAPA and less than 10,000km later it's ready to fall out.
    Just a guess!

When my first front wheel bearing failed, the noise would stop while going around a turn also. At first I thought it was the old tires, but no, it was the wheel bearing.
