Kearer Thanks for the exact plug i need very helpful . I really believe i have a good idea of the problem with everyones help. Its the TPS i know its not going to be the IAC which is connected to the TPS. Cuase when taking the Throttle Body apart to clean i cleaned the Idle Air Control. The IAC AND TPS are like peanutbutter and Jelly the are almost One. Thanks again for everyones helpful comments.

Okay Guys, TPS came in the mail. Replaced it had to move the spring action :thing ama Bob: for it to fit. Truck ran good for 46 miles when the up and down idle at stops, engine shuting off ect came back. Does the TPS need to have its voltage changed before hand? If so, how? Should i try to reset ECU by disconnecting battery &reconnect then driving@60mph for 20miles down the highway?
Well now i may have 2 problems now. When my truck stalled after pushing in the rain jerk faces honking while im pushing u could imagine i feel like Bruce Banner about to turn into the Hulk. I'm under the hood seeing if i see anything out of place. I believe i have a leak of air coming from somewhere i hear a hissing noise .Anyways i feel that's not it. A problem yes. ..i start messing with the disrebuter cap when the third terminal to the cap breaks. Reason I'm even messing with the cap and the thrid plug i notice earlier in the night that the spark plug wire to the 3rd plug. Was really lightning up more then the rest, looked like the movie TRON. I walk in the rain to buy a new cap, Gapped to .31 the NGK VPOWER nickel plugs. That i had from before the mechanic put in the Iridium plugs in. ( OEM Denso plugs have already been ordered) what's funny is the NGK VPOWER plugs that where only in for a few days one of them seems to be burnt noticeable more then the rest. I bet money its the 3rd.
I put everything back together now the truck has the same problem but now its Back firing. Has a rumbble in the engine as if its going to fire off in there. Tail pipe has moisture coming out of it that may jst be normal.engine seems to smell more of strong emissions then normally to. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS TACO?!?!?!?PLZ HELP

Lol... stealership... for reals i was just told if its the disrebuter its well over $200 for the part. We are starting all over from the start having the OEM Denso plugs put in. The TB coming apart the IAC the TPS will be checked. Now i have a baby's Rattle in my Cat so now im going to half to face that. It might still be under warranty just had it replaced August last year.

Well Guys My Tacoma is fixed turns out it was a cracked
power pack. It made sense cause as the engine got hotter in my case after 15 miles . The problem would start to act up. Well the truck is running great OEM Denso plugs and a new Denso power pack.

I would like to see it as it was a combination cause at first i thought it might have something to due with the CAT . I just know i found my self a new mechanic he Works on Toyota and Lexus Only. Uses Denso and any OEM parts only. So in the end all in all not to bad the whole thing came out to $280
