Setting the alignment factors aside, I don't see where you've changed out your steering rack, did you? Mine didn't wander but it drifted to the right until I replaced the rack.

If you look at the before He had a LOT of toe out which can pull the suspension tight so It doesn't wander. Once the toe was set the suspension isn't being bound up so much and has wiggle room to wander.

I have not replaced the steering rack. I have done the bushings and I just replaced the inner + outter tie rods. The rack is not leaking (at least not at the moment, knock on wood) nor does it appear to have any play in it…. So I opted to just swap the tie rods and do the tack weld mod. That felt like it cleaned up the slop in the steering and pretty good.

I just had the truck realigned at a local shop that specializes in suspension/alignment. They were able to get everything into the recommended specs. It feels a lot better but I can’t say for sure until I make my trip home from work on the highway. The steering feels much tighter and responsive though, so I am optimistic!
