    Hey guys,

I'm having an issue with my truck after replacing a cracked water bypass pipe (really Toyota, you made this out of plastic?). I had to remove the intake manifold and throttle body + assorted coolant hoses, fuel lines, and electrical connectors. I disconnected the battery before the work and took detailed pics to make sure I reconnected everything after the fix. It's all back together but now I'm unable to get the truck to start. It is turning over, but it isn't firing at all. Any ideas? Need any additional details? Thanks for your help!

I would go back and double / triple check everything that was disconnected to ensure they are all reconnected properly. Then look over everything in the vicinity you were working to make sure nothing got inadvertently disconnected or dislodged.

A water bypass pipe is not going to prevent it from starting.

Did you get the all metal replacement bypass ( new design )? They put that in a hell of a spot didn't they?
