I have a 2003 3.4L 4x4 with a manual transmission. For the last few weeks my truck sometimes won't start, when it does this I usually push start it until it decides it will start for me again. When I turn the ignition key it just makes one click. I have recently replaced the battery, starter and the fuel filter. I'm having problems diagnosing the issue because every time I take it to have somebody look at it, it starts perfectly fine and nobody can understand what is wrong with it. I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you inspected the wires and grounds going to/from the battery? I had an old Buick that did that; it wouldn't crank 1 out of 10 times, or so. Eventually, I figured out that the battery ground wire bolt was loose, so it occasionally wouldn't be grounded, causing it not to crank. Tightened the bolt up and it was fine after that.
