The only reason that I'm going to be wrapping the truck because I just got a new job that makes custom truck wraps and I'm planing on doing the whole wrap job my self to make this really cheep plus it's easy as fuc# to do

Your truck look nice like that, but assuming it won't cost you big money to do it yourself.

I also guess that you would like to make great impression with the truck as you're gonna be "the artist".

By far the winter camo is the nicest looking wrap color! What's the point of making a nice wrap if it's to look plain like a paintjob?

Reminds me of my Ruckus. Everybody stares when I roll up. But they can't see me.

I have always wondered about vinyl long term... That being > 5 years. What happens when it begins to crack and needs to be removed? How much labor is involved in removing it? Would it be an eraser wheel/drill? I have thought about vinyl for my roof to help protect from elements but always wondered about years down the road.

I've always used a heat gun for removal. It will stain the paint underneath after a long time.

Our work vans have the wrap they seems to look good for about 3 years then they crack. The paint will not be as nice as it was before the wrap. Also the orange & reds seem to get a somewhat chalky look.

Maybe just a satin black hood and roof? I don't think I would do more then that do to re sale value if you wake up one day and say good buy it will drastically effect resale.

Thanks for all the really good input and info that could go wrong with the paint do to the fact that I can get my hands on this stuff all the time what I will do is change the color like once a year so I won't have to worry about the sticker getting old and eating my paint.

Whatever you do OP, don't do that. Matte black is played out. I would think matte white yellows on you very easily.
    Matte gunmetal FTMFW
