I'm not sure this is the right spot, but since this is the group that provided well beyond the bulk of my sales calls, I'll put it here and it can be moved if needed.

First and foremost, I am no longer working there. I have started working for a new company in the accessory field, but I am NOT in sales.

Truckaddons.com and any of the other sites operated by them filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in the summer of 2013. I was told it was business as usual and keep the orders coming. Changes were made in order processing and billing that made it difficult at times to provide the best customer service to the members here, but I managed as best I could.

On 1/22/14, I was called by the manager and told my services were no longer needed, stating the "Bank" told them employees had to be released to save money. Come to find out that some of those supposedly released, were in fact back working the next day. Ultimately, that doesn't matter, I was one of the lucky few to get cut.

I had a few fellow employees as friends on Facebook, and saw that they posted on 2/24/14 the company closed, everyone was released. The websites were shut down (since reopened as I hear there may be a buyer interested - NO orders are being processed), and the KY store location was closed as well.

If you possibly had an outstanding order and have not received it yet, I hope that it does ship, or you have been already notified and refunded. As far as anything being returned, and/or credited, I just don't know. I have received a few PM's from members about speaking with the Returns Manager, Randy Foley at some point. He is not the bad guy here. I have known him for nearly 14 years, and I would almost consider him to be family to put it bluntly.

After being released, I deleted the contact info I had for the owner and manager as I had no interest in speaking to them. After three years working there, the owner never took a moment to express any concern for my new found circumstances. If you need to find out about an existing order, PM me, I will provide you his name, but that is all I will have.

Now, as I said, I have begun working for a new company dealing with truck accessories called Never Enough Automotive (www.neverenoughauto.com). I am not in sales at this time, so I can't offer any great deals here. I work behind the scenes on our eBay and Amazon sales. I do ask that you give us a call to see what we can do for you though.

Regarding Truckaddons, I'm sorry that this is how it has ended up guys. I really do wish I could help you more. I wish you the best of luck. I'm not going anywhere, I'll still poke around to help answer questions on other things if I can.

    Thanks
    Scott
