    Haha no as I recall TRUCKS said they would do this project later in the season so they still have a while to go.

    Man they make it seem so easy to replace the timing belt! That is one thing I don't think I will ever have the b:eek:lls to do. Even with their nice video I still think I would rather get raped at the dealership than tackle this one myself.

    my father and I tried to do it on my '96, be got all the way to the cam bolt and could not break it loose. paid a local mechanic $200 since I already had the belt.

    It's one of those things that's easier on some cars than others. The Tacoma is kind of a pain in the ass because you have zero room to work with.

    Timing belts are one of the things that really aren't that hard when you have all of the right tools, and you know what you have to remove.
