    tanks! :D

I imagine it would work like any other modded taco around here. youd have to find a buyer that likes the changes you made. might be a tough sell for a dealer tho.

basically, I wouldn't do it unless you were keeping it forever.

its cool, its what chopper does best

ok this time I have news! got a new/almost new oem roof rack off ebay for 150 shipped. too good a deal to pass up. wanted one of these for years now.

couldn't resist setting it on top to see about what it will look like. :D

now to start thinking about how to mod it. ive already bookmarked the relevant threads, but there is not as much info as id like. the only part im not looking forward to is taking off the headliner and drilling through the roof.

Those take like 2 seconds to install... I really liked mine but I swapped to a PrInSu for the added versatility.

    Still a good buy @ $150

its cool, I mistook yours for an swb once so were even. :D

ive found some relevant threads and im reading up on it. looks like ill have to remove part of the center of the rack then epoxy it back together, then drill through my roof and remove the headliner and seal everything back up. not looking forward to drilling through the roof near those side airbags tho, id love some other way to attach the thing.

    you da man!

well guys, I couldn't live with myself anymore and I traded in my sport for an off road...

    :stirthepot:

actually I just replaced my old sport stickers that were showing their age and one had always been damaged from when I got it new anyhow. I figured since I was posing as a 12-15 I may as well go all in and be an off road poser too.

don't care tho, it looks awesomez! :D

(oem decals btw, found at a good price too)

Really like the way your trucks coming out. I have a couple of questions though. Where did you get all of your 12-15 mods, specifically the front end and turn signals, and did you install them yourself?

    tanks! :D

I gathered the parts from calling salvage yards, making deals on ebay, ordering things from dealerships that sell parts online, and deals with other tw members in the marketplace subforum. most were used parts, some were new. took a few months to get it all gathered up and in hand, then another month for the paintwork. the place I got the paint done at is also a body shop, and it was only like 250 for them to do the whole install for me in a day, I decided to save myself the headache and have them do it. they did a great job too, and since I had only oem parts, everything fits together factory tight and haven't had any problems with it.
