Practically new. I purchased and installed this cover in August of 2015. It took one trip from Maryland to North Carolina, then I had back surgery and the truck has stayed in my garage, out of the weather until February. It is like new. I am selling it because I am getting a Leer cap next week. This cover is in like-new, near perfect condition, and will come with a brand new set of installation seals, plus the additional kit that Truxedo offers to fix a leaking problem found on some units at the front rail.

I am located in New Windsor, Maryland. Local pick-up is preferred, but I can ship. Buyer pays for shipping. $239.00 or best offer. PM me for any personal info such as phone/text/email.

Hi just installed truxport on my 2015 taco. From your pictures it looks like you installed the front gasket on the bed not the bed rail. The instructions that came with the cover say to put the gasket on the rail. I called the factory and they confirmed that. Iam having water leaks in this area and I think it is leaking between the rail and the bed. Do you still have the installation instructions? If so does it say to put the gasket on the bed? Sincerely Tim

    Hello Tim,
Yes, I had leakage when I installed it the way the instructions said. When I called them, they said that the seal gets mounted to the top of the rail. My rail stops about 1-1/2" short of the side rails on each end. So, knowing that they had a problem, they sent me a package which included an additional piece of thick black foam tape, and two tubes of black silicon sealant. The thick foam tape continues the rail to the sides and gives their seal something to sit on at the ends. Then I used the black silicon to seal the front edge of the seal all the way from one side to the other.

Hope this helps. You can call me if you don't understand what I've tried to explain.

Hi Bob, Thanks for the quick response . The lady I talked to seems to think this was only a problem with 2016. I'll. call again and see if I can get them to send the black silicone. I thought about using seal and peel window weather striping.Tim

This Tonneau cover is still available. It's been stored in my garage since posting this thread in March of 2016. Tired of moving it around. Reasonable offers being entertained.

I'm in the market for this exact cover, but I feel that shipping will make it not worth it for me.

You are probably right. Southern California sure isn't local to Maryland.
