    Do you have premium audio?
I plan on adding a sub also.

There is more than one factory head unit. Premium audio and navigation?

As far as I know the Tacoma does not come with ANC. Is it the factory subwoofer?

That’s what I thought as well.
The audio does not have any visible mics.

I don’t believe there is ANC but there is a thing for auto volume adjustment

I'm wondering if the subwoofer is out of phase or if the gain has not been set correctly.

The factory head unit has 2 issues, the rear speaker outputs suck, take bass input off the front and as volume gets higher the bass rolls off to protect the factory speakers. I have noticed this effect with my 10" sub set up. I am considering using a AudioControl processor with Accubass to combat this bass roll off.

There are no ANC in previous models, I don't think there are any in later models.

ya I have the LC2I runing to my Rockford Fosgate 300x4.
When I try and get a voltage reading from the RCA MAin out of the LC2i with the HU at 75%ish... i barely get 2 volts... should it be at least 7?

I am using a Lc7i and still have have engine noise or static coming through my speaker. Also does anyone know why you lose your microphone and back up camera after installing aftermarket system

I would check your grounds and make sure they are clean. This can cause noise.

You can get adapters for the back up camera to work with aftermarket head units. And there is a microphone that you can buy that fits in the factory spot. It isn't perfect but it works well enough.
