A few mods here and there and counting....
Hmmmmm..do the install with a few Tacoma World members or pay a shop a ridiculous amount to do a basic install? I would go with the former, because the money you save from paying the shop can go to more mods.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Plus you eliminate the risk of the 20 year old dumbshit, that works at the shop, leaving something loose (or missing all together).

A LOT of "Off road shops" are complete garbage.

I’ve read good things about 559 motor sports down in Fresno, so far I plan on going to them for the bigger, scary stuff (lockers, welding/cutting).

However, for “bolt on” kinda stuff I would also recommend sourcing some local guys from TW. It seems like people are willing to help and can (based off their own trucks). In fact, where the fuck is hughson, I’m going to need to do a full OME suspension swap next tax season lol

Lmfao! Hughson is a little po-dunk town about 10 minutes due East of Ceres... but don't call us po-dunk. Only people from Hughson can call Hughson po-dunk.

And don't call us Houston... we really don't like that either.

I'm probably doing OME 882s and OME Dakars this tax season... lol

So for the record, should one steer clear of 4-Wheel Parts? I’m planning to pull the trigger one of these days on the OME kit and dakars (or something). I’m new to this, so i don’t really know what i’m talki About. Haha

I’ve bought almost all of my winches from 4WP. But those are almost flat pricing on the market. In my opinion, it’s nice to walk out the door with something like that. Knowing you didn’t have to pay for shipping or the Amazon Prime bump.
Other than that, I wouldn’t bother.

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
I may be installing a set of bilsteins as well (6112/5160s) and would be more than happy to do the install with a more..."seasoned" person lol
