Trying to find out if this Wheel/Tire combo will rub?

I have a set of XD revolvers sitting in the garage.. Just need some tires for them. I have teh 5100 lift with AAL and front set to 1.75.

Looking at duratracs or something like them. 265/70/17?

Anyone have that size on the XD rims or similar rims? Do they rub at all? The XDs are 17x9 -12 offset. 4.5 backspace. If you have similar rims what are you running for tire sizes without rub or minor fender trim. I dont really want to remove the mudflaps

 

They won't be that bad, but with any tire larger than stock you are bound to get a little rubbing while in reverse or if there is any articulation. It's just apart of the deal if you want to have bigger tires...

 

where do they usually rub? Just plastic? Easy enough to trim?

 

For that combo, it would be mainly on the front mud flaps. Just take em off and the problem will be solved.

I have those wheels along with 265/70/17 and the 5100's set at 1.75". They rubbed the front wheel well liners that I trimmed but I was able to leave the mudflaps on.
