Crew cab Toyota Tacoma 2019

Hi everyone I have a 2019 crew cab Toyota Tacoma and I am trying to figure out why the weather and traffic control does not work I live in Fort Wayne Indiana so it is a large city it keeps saying no HD signal found do I have to set this up with a dealership or what.
