An AT that adds 20lbs a tire is a stupid decision. Some of us are ok with that stupid decision but if you're just going for looks there are much better options than an E-Rated KO2.

My 2017 Sport has 33s on in the KO2s. Really like these tires. But I understand others may not like them. So far so good on roads and in snow.

E-rated AT was a bonehead idea. I’m getting either Cooper AT3 SLs or LTs instead.

After driving around with E-rated tires for a few days now, I have to say that E-rated tires are absolutely unnecessary for a Tacoma... at least for 99% of all user applications.

I sold the same size in 7 ply with 3500 miles on it for $550 and it flew out the door with a few people in line.

before you make your final decision. go to coopers website, and look up the specs, inc, height, WEIGHT, ply's etc... the LT at3, may be the same or worse than the ko2's you dont like. good luck. Ski

I did. Thanks for the heads up.

The LTs and the 4s are around 46 pounds 10 lbs heavier than stock.

    KO2s are 20 lbs heavier.

KO2s look 10x better than LTs. I think the AT3 XLTs look a little better than KO2s though.

I do go off road once a month. 2 times a month in the spring, summer and fall.
I wanted the confidence of e-rated tires and the looks of KO2s, but it’s too much of compromise on the daily drive

Agreed, everytime I would mention how crappy an E rated tire like these rides and handles on our trucks the KO2 Bro clan would chime in claiming no real difference, E is just fine for our trucks, etc. etc. I ran them on my 17, terrible braking sucked, MPG sucked, any bump in the road was kidney jarring, probably the worst option in a 265/75r16 but not according to TW.

May be a bit of a hassle but my plan is to buy some cheap off road tires and wheels for fun and keep my passenger tires for daily and long trips.
