It doesn't seem like there is enough space behind my head unit to get the brackets to the bolt holes. I'm super close however it's about a half an inch to an inch off. Not sure how you organize the wiring harness to get it to fit. To top that off there is no way in hell I can get the emergency flasher and air bag light connector back on because there isn't enough wire.

What am I doing wrong? Or is it that much of a PITA?

I'm wondering if I have the brackets from Sosche pushing the unit too far back into the dash. If I move them all the way back it gives me about half an inch. Any other tips here?

try the factory brackets from the stock deck, they should bolt on to the DDIN chassis with no problem. for the wires, you just have to work on it a bit as they do get tight in there.

So I moved the deck forward a little and now it fits.
