Trying to maximize my A/C output

I wouldnt go crazy with a pressurewasher, but hes on the right page.
This....
Sometimes alot of dirt gets trapped between the 2, backside of radiator & front of condenser.
Gardens hose with pressure increased using thumb or spray nozzle,
direct water on backside of radiator, spraying forward.
then if you get get water between the 2, better yet.
Then front of condenser.

 

Also make sure your evaporator drain line isn't clogged and clean it as per Toyota's recommendation. There was a thread here a while back about PMs for your A/C and cleaning the evaporator was part of that process. The Toyota kit is part number 00289-ACRKT; someone recommended the Subaru kit as a less expensive option (haven't priced them, I don't know if that's still the case). If you already have or can make the hose with that nozzle to seal against the drain hose you can use a can of evaporator cleaner from Lowe's or Home Depot that's like $10/can (this is what was recommended in that thread, https://www.homedepot.com/p/19-oz-Coil-Cleaner-PFCOIL19/321954435) The nozzle with hose from the Toyota and Subaru kits fit on that less expensive can of foaming cleaner. It's also part of de-funking your HVAC system so you want to blow out the vents first and also spray deodorizer in the intake. Again from that thread, Ozium was recommenced as an alternative to the Toyota or Subaru refresher spray.

If it's still not cooling like you think it should, have the pressure checked and have it properly filled using a vacuum, A/C manifold, etc., not just adding coolant with the little cans from Walmart.
