Welcome to TW, first recommendation is *READ*!

Read everything you can on here, then search your questions here and through google, then read some more.

Next decide what you want your truck to be capable of doing and work in that direction.

A great place to start is 265/75/16 all terrain tires and a factory bed mat and you'll have a very capable truck.

Next step would be armour probably the best place to start there is bolt on DOM rock sliders.

If you need more start looking into small suspension lifts, Bilstein 5100's 887 springs and an add a leaf for the rear.

Anything beyond that you start really approaching diminishing returns and an extreme spending never ending bottomless money rabbit hole.

    Good luck.

    Run while you still can.
