So i have been eye ballin' the "Ultimate Lift" From Toytec for a while now. But i just caught wind of the whole Tsb for the harsh ride. i have a 4wd but it does not have the TRD package. so according to the TSB they will replace all 4 shocks and the front coils.
My question is can i acheive the same lift that the Ultimate lift gives you by simply getting the TSB done and getting Billstein 5100's for the front?

Granted i understand that i won't get the diff drop and all the little things that come with the kit, just trying to cut the price a little bit.

if you get the bilsteins in the front and set them at 2.5" height, you'd be nose high. you'd have to install an aal to level it out.

yeah, you wouldn't get near the performance aspect a 3in lift would yield as opposed to the 4 leaf pack and trd/5100 billies. But as for looks you would be close in the front and a little low in the rear. It comes down to what you really want out of it I guess, good luck with the decision buddy!
