TSB done on '10 but didnt get shocks non-TRD

Hey everyone, I just picked up my truck from the dealership, they gave me a new spring pack, but I have a non-TRD Access Cab 4X4, and on the TSB for 05-08 year models they were getting spring packs and new shocks on all fours. The dealer informed me repeadedly that this was not a TSB, that my truck wasnt included, bla,bla. I told him that the TSB was my only reference to go on and it got my springs done, so I was only wondering why not the shocks too. He told me that the shock issue was fixed and that I only needed a spring pack. Does this sound correct, any info would be helpful. I should have got the TRD from the staRT.

 

I have a 2010 PreRunner Access Cab SR5 and got the TSB done to it just a few weeks after purchasing it. It comes with new rear leaf springs, 4 TRD shocks, and a front end allignment.

 

Will they honor the TSB + shock replacement if you are running a 3" Revtech lift and a 1.5 block in the rear?

 

Yeah, I would call Toyota or you can wait until you get a hold of the revised tsb for 09 and '10 and come back to show them.

 

Beaverton Toyota did the same thing with my 2009. I'm just waiting it out.
