Went to the dealership for my 15k mile service yesterday, and figured while I was there I would mention the rear suspension TSB. Told the service writer I wanted to get it done and no questions asked it happened. They had everything in stock surprisingly. Their only question was if I was sure I wanted it done because it would "ride more like a truck". LOL

    Just thought I would share.

Nice that they obliged without any hassle, some folks had to twist themselves into a pretzel to get it done. My dealer was no problem first time around. Congrats on the TSB, you checked the parts?

Not meaning to highjack here, but how can I tell if my truck has had the TSB done? The TSB has 4 leaf springs instead of 3?
I bought my '05 used with 50k miles and I don't know if the previous owner had the TSB done or not.

Thanks guys. I didn't look at specific part numbers, but I checked before driving off and there are 4 leafs and yellow shocks/struts with blue boots. :)

Also, I know why it's a hard for some people to get it done. The cost to the dealership for each one is $2000 according to my service writer.

Yes, the TSB has 4 leaf springs.
