I think the only thing that is different with the TSB package for the squeaky clutch is the master clutch cylinder is metal instead of the black plastic one I have. I am definitely out of warranty and my dealership is not interested in a good will repair (in 2018). It is now time for a new clutch and I'm wondering if it is worth it to do this while the transmission is dropped -

For those that have gotten the TSB done - did it definitely solve the problem or did the squeak come back?

As for the clutch, I've decided on the LCE pro clutch kit and getting OEM flywheel resurfaced.

To buy the TSB parts off ebay and labor I'm probably looking at $500+ to have it done while getting clutch done (outsourcing this project). I had planned to do it when time came for the clutch, now that time has come I'm having difficulty justifying that this is worth it, especially when grease and fiddling with it gets rid of the noise in the summer for a while.
