It provides you the ability to carry loads better and gives you a little lift in the back, about 1.5 in. gives you another leaf

Does it make the back sit noticably higher than the front or is it pretty even?

The TSB springs will initially raise the back about 1 1/4" over the stock height but they will settle to about 3/4" above stock height .

Done! My truck rides the same as it did before as far as I can tell. I'm happy :)

I just got mine done this week at Longo, with no problem whatsoever. I was taking it in for the 15k service, and this was the conversation:
"Hey, while you're at it, it's been riding pretty rough when I have a load in it. I heard there've been some issues with that, and there's a TSB out on the rear leaves."
"Well we can do it, but know it's going to ride really awful if we do."
"Oh I know, but I tow and carry a load pretty often, so I'm okay with that."
"Okay, if you're sure, we'll order the parts and have it done tomorrow."

Maybe I happened to get a good service guy, but that was it. And, honestly, I don't really notice a difference in the ride. I have the off-road package, so they didn't replace the shocks like they do with you sport boys; pretty much all they did was put in another 3-leaf pack with the overload bar. If you know the 10 in SoCal, there's a section where the freeway's totally washboarded around Riverside, Pepper, and Rancho, and I didn't notice any difference there, nor did I when I hit some severe bumps on surface streets. The only difference was a slightly stiffer response while cornering.

Anyway, that's my story and I'm stickin to it.

I have a sport and they didn't replace my shocks. Were they suppose to? Maybe thats why the ride feels the same??

Check this thread out and click on the link for the TSB. It will tell your what parts your truck rates. My truck being a 2011 was already updated with new shock and thus didnt need new shocks. 2009-2011 non trd (SR5) trucks already have the right shocks and bump stops. check out the link, locate your truck year and it will tell your all the parts that will be installed.
