TSB Help!

So I just bought a 2011 DC 6spd TRD OR. It has the Toyota Platinum 125K warranty, so I took it in for the TSB to get the 4 leaf pack. It only has 58K so I did not think there would be a problem. The dealer said that because it was past the 36,000 mile warranty, they would not do the TSB. I guess the TSB only applies under the 36K. So I called the number on my extended warranty paperwork and they said that if it was proven faulty, they would replace it but only with the same 3 leaf pack. Leaving me with the same problem. I spent a few hours battling this back and forth between toyota sales and toyota financial services... But there is no one that is willing to pull their head out and make anything happen.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and has found a different way to go about it.

 

Same here... I got in before the 3/36 but also heard that they normally don't honor the extended to a tsb

Honestly, just get bilstein 5100 shocks and an icon 3 leaf progressive aal from down south motorsports and u will have a BETTER AND MORE COMPLIANT ride while also being just as capable as the TSB load carrying.

Been there and had both.

Had stock, had tsb, had single aal, had icon 3 leaf aal.

 

The Dealer is correct that the TSB is only free during the first 3 years or 36 months bumper to bumper warranty. After that it is yours.

 

I went throught this exact situation. I called corpo several times and they hooked me up.
HOWEVER, I just purchased 5100s and an Icon 3 leaf pack, becuase the TSB springs suck.
