I have been reading about the TSB and that if you go to the dealership and complain about it that you will get the better leaf spring pack in the back. My question is that I have a 2009 TRD off road, did Toyota make a change and place the upgraded leaf springs on the 2009 or do I too need to go and get my leaf springs replaced?

    Thanks in advance....:)

u need to stick ur head in over the rear tires and check the number on top of the springs. good luck getting it done even if the numbers match.

There are three springs and the number is 290708. Guess that answers my question.... :(

I have been reading and not sure what the benefits of having this done is. I do have a boat and will be doing some towing but not that frequently.
