Do any of you have the full TSB and procedure (not the recall notice) for doing the full frame replacement on the 2005+ Tacoma? If so, can you reply with a link or PDF? Thanks, very much.

Sorry for bringing back to life this old thread but i'm also in search of the frame replacement procedure. I just bought a salvaged Tacoma (blown engine) with a rust free cab and i plan to switch cab with my actual DCLB cause it has started perforation at the rocker panels. I think having the frame switch procedure would be helpful for doing the cab switch the easiest way and without forgetting anything. Thanks!

Do you have any pics of the perforations in the rocker panels. Could be an area susceptible to corrosion that others members can watch for.
