So after reading up on the tsb rear leaf situation I called toyota and opend up a case the rep said my truck doesnt qualify due to to the vin number but eather way he would shedule a visit with my nearest dealer.
Two days past and the dealer called I droped of my truck at 8:00am the next day they called me at 11:00 and said that all they need is to replicate the problem but they dont know how they never proformed the tsb before. so 5:00pm came and the dealer called said they have an idea but they have to get approval by the manager but that would be the next day WTF.... So i left the truck over night, around 10am dealer called still waiting for approval WTF.. I called toyota direct and said how hard is it to do ther job its been two days, two hours later i got a call from the dealer and they said they will preform the TSB but the dont have all the parts in stock it will get there the next morning, great another freken day. My TSB took 3 days

Hmm? Sounds like they had Cash Paying Customers in front and behind you. Maybe next time, arrive with a fresh box of doughnuts for the Service Manager. :D

mine took 2 days but they gave me a brand new, fully loaded TRD Sport as a loaner while they were taking their time so I wasn't complaining.
