I count myself fortunate to have found TW in a Google search the day I bought my truck. :D

If not for this forum, I would never have known about the weak rear springs until my truck was far past the 36k mile in-service threshold. I bought the certified used DCSB truck with 34k miles, and had plenty of time to test the 3-leaf spring packs with a full cargo load. Not good. Today, I hauled about 550 pounds of concrete block with excellent results from the updated 4-leaf packs. The rear end was slightly lower than the front with the load, but there was no bottoming-out on the 10 mile ride home. Huge improvement!

    Thanks, TW,

    Mike
