I know tons of people have probably talked about this but I can't find the specifics anywhere. I am really dumb to this and I want to get the TSB 4 leaf from the dealer. what do I need to do and say to them so I don't get denied. I really appreciate the help sorry I am pretty incompetent when it comes to this stuff. Oh I have a 2010 double cab long bed, thanks.

    Welcome To TW.

There is tons of info on the TSB if you search. Here are a few threads to get you started.

Just tell them the issue you are having and why you need the TSB. If you don't know what the issue is, or why you need the TSB, then you obviously don't need it.

The easiest way to not get hassled by the dealer is to bring it to some place that has already done the suspension TSB on another truck. The second thread I posted is a list of dealers who have performed the TSB.

The key for me was telling my dealer that my springs squeak over every bump and that my truck bottoms out with 500 lbs in the bed. Good Luck

saying "harsh ride" with a load and pointing out where my bump stops were hitting the frame sealed the deal for me
