I took my truck in to a dealer in town becuase i noticed when i tow or put heavy things in the bed my rear end has alot of vibrations and noise... i know about the rear leaf tsb..
well long story short my truck is a 08 with 48k and since im out of the 3/36 warranty, even though my truck is certified used and i have the platinum extended warranty through toyota! there only willing to go half on repairs.. the writer told me the total for repairs was upwards of $2500 and i was to pay half.. Now are they out of thier mind i thought toyota stands behind thier products.. and do i have to live with this problem? I think ill be complaining to toyota CSC (customer service center).

 

I know you want Toyota to do thre right thing but they may not.
If they do not you can get an AAL for it.

What dealership did you go to??

Findlay Toyota in Henderson did mine, but I was covered by the warranty.
