Well I sent my dealership an email asking if I could have this taken care of when I come in at 5000 miles. We'll see how it goes.

i get that noise pretty bad when going thru a car wash, at the drying stage. a lot of my vehicles have had that.

check the seals up top where the roof tacks on to the a, b and c pillars. there should be a strip of sealant on that as well

Getiing my rear leaf TSB done tomorrow at the dealer on my 2011. My 3 leaf pack looks perfectly straight at the moment (WTF!)

Took in in last week and they approved it...also told them about the steering shaft and they said they did not see an issue. I wish there was a gravel/bumpy road by the dealer to show them!

I called Toyota care and got a case number on the shaft and the A/C blower motor chirp cause Its annoying! Sux that its on my new truck only 10,000 miles.

When I went in for the rear leaf TSB inspection I had a printed copy of it on my passenger seat. The service guy noticed and said "Let me guess, you're here for the harsh ride?" and then they drove it and 2 hrs later approved.

So I'm thinking of rolling in with the blower motor and steering shaft TSBs in hand tomorrow (Although they do not say 2011 on them, my VIN look slike it applies?), and a case # from toyota care...wish me luck! :D

I had Karl Malone Toyota check mine for the TSB on the leaf pack today. It took them 1.5 hours to look at it. I dont think they drove it. ha ha

They were cool about doing it. Just said "The disclaimer is that if you don't like it, we will not put you back on the 3 leaf pack. If its too rough or stiff, you can't go back."

I almost had to bite my lip to keep from saying "Thats what she said!"

Heavy wet snow foot deep in the bed a max of about 280# light fluffly snow 120# If you haul fire wood or some thing in excess of 500# or tow a 3000# trailer you had better get the springs done if you aren't and like the ride stick with what you got it does ride better. Americans like a cushey ride Canadians like to haul stuff.

done and done. doesn't feel any different driving down the highway. if you're REALLY going to haul heavy stuff, i'd get a whole different leaf pack all together. i only haul about 300-500lbs a couple times a year. after the springs settled i didn't gain any lift in the back if that's what you're going for. like most people i had to go to two different dealerships to get it done. first dealership made an apt to bring it in loaded and have a tech look at it. went to the second dealership that afternoon, no questions asked. had it done a week later. hope this helps.
