Hey guys, I’m looking to get a Bilstein 5100 Leveling kit And some 32 inch Mickey Thompson Baja boss tires. But I’m wondering if anybody’s having any issues with the TSS when leveling your truck. I do also plan on getting the heritage grill which lowers the TSS Sensor.

Should I also add a 1 inch block to the rear to help with the angle of the TSS sensor.

You should be fine as far as the lift/leveling goes (people run 6" or even more lift on TSS trucks w/o issue). The big thing is that the wheel alignment (centering of the steering wheel) is correct after the lift. If the wheel is not centered, will cause the PCS/VSC to go into error mode and shut down.
Using a 1" block at the rear is up to you... I prefer to keep the factory rake since I use my truck for 'truck stuff' often, so I'd raise the rear to match the front. But that won't really affect anything in regards to the TSS.

The grill swap I think is where more people run into issues (an OEM grill will be less likely to cause a problem).

Good advice above. I lifted my truck 2" and an inch or so more with bigger tires. And I installed after market x-trek grill and no TSS issue.
In my un-expert opinion because in reality I don't know shit about how the TSS works I think the issue arise when someone removes the TSS and re-installs it in a new grill and it gets in the new grill a little off some how. I don't know how you can screw it up but they do. People come here and say they added washers and this and that .. . . I just don't know but that just seems the TSS did not go in properly - I mean I didn't have to do anything like that. Again I have no clue but I test fitted the TSS and made sure it fit right and all the bolts were snug tight about the same - that the garnish was installed right - just common sense approach and it all worked out fine.

Nothing to do with the TSS . . . . but the blocks - yeah don't do blocks get AAL (add a leaf) even better get a leaf pack it'll ride better but at least an AAL.
