Hope all is well after that wicked storm

There's a small subdivision across the road from ours. Each house has a 15 foot driveway - it's not long enough for cars to park on, and no one can park on the street because it's all fire lane. You have to park in the garage or 100 yards away. Then there's the lots, which are about 50' x 200' - and they shoehorn a 2-story house on them that barely makes it to 1700 sq ft. You get to pay $300K for the home and lot and $100 a month to a management company that maintains the, uh, community? Oh, and you still have to mow your own yard. They have no benefits or services as owners, either, and no membership in the HOA. Makes me love my neighborhood even more.

There's a Tesla owner near me that's fixing to lose his license for all the tickets he's gotten doing 50 in a 25. He's a silent asshole, and I can't wait for his ass to end up on public transportation.
