Love ya Matt, but bad info. First gen clamshells are setup different than second and third gens. My chronic CV issue came when I only had 1” of lift. Installed the diff drop literally haven’t broken a CV since and I have a heavy foot with 35s

 

Heavier springs will almost always lift the truck more because they comensate for more weight

 

Didn’t know, meant it as don’t get any more lift but your totally right.

 

I’d wait an see how much sag you get if any with new setup.

Controversial statement, second and third gens can pull off a bracket lift if the trucks nice enough. They always just look like ass on first gens imo. Idk why
