Front sway delete?

Did you weld em on ?

 

Yep, although the sway-bar mount bolts were so corroded that I was only able to get the driver's side bushing bracket and bolts out, but I couldn't get the passenger side out with my shitty hand tools, so when the Toyota tech was in my front end this week I asked the tech to burn them out with Snap-On fury and he did lol

 

Chris @Texoma welded them on. Great welds, too.

 

Won't be anytime soon as we are in turn around at the plant and my off days are Wed Thurs unless I request time off. Right now is the time to pick up all the OT I can while in the turn around.

 

EASY! Popping out the OEM grill takes just a moment. Remove/push through the clips holding the OEM on. Drill a few holes in plastic. Just don't over tighten the nuts for the new grill. As far as the TSS, disconnecting is easy. Place the plate and sensor on the new grill before mounting to the OEM grill housing. If not, tightening the nuts on the grill housing pulls the 4 bolts for the TSS apart, making it difficult to mount.

Edit: The plate behind the text is bare metal. Paint the color of your choice. I chose white plasti-dip.

I'm likely not going to make it. But it's ok because money earned vs money spent.
I'm saving for a new to me DD. Not sure if Toyota or Lexus yet. But it'll likely have a v8 whether it's a car or SUV. I'm torn between modding the Tundra and buying a Lexus sedan to DD or buying a v8 T4R or a GX470 just DDing the Tundra and modding the SUV. Even if I made.it.to Jambo my truck would likely be the same as HF so I'd be scared to smash it without armor

 

The only reason I didn't want to remove it is because I don't go off road often

 

Sliders will get you out of most with a group. If you go Lexus start memorizing part numbers to save money, there's like a 10% increase on cost for Lexus parts.

 

It's the one he made for me! I'm pretty damn stoked about how it turned out. Can't wait to get it on the truck and start reppin TTC.

 

That's a good reason, especially if you don't do hard/semi-hard obstacles. I want to do those with less risk, so armor lol

problem is every thing for tundra is more expensive than Tacoma or t4r and harder to find/fewer choices, sometimes no choices.
