Finally !!! The slider install from hell is over. The guy who made them redid the bracket plate that was causing the issue.

Much smoother, and easier this time around. Now to touch up where the paint got scuffed during install...

A little something every chance we get.
Evening TTC! Agree with @Biscuits - GREAT day for a nap, about half the afternoon. Ran over to Kyle for an Amazon return, after breakfast, and spent most of the afternoon on and off napping in the chair. Nice shirt @Austinguy , going to pick mine up Tuesday! Love the Bigfoot name for @FastEddy59 cooker, @Bigdaddy4760 !
Supposed to be a nicer day tomorrow. Got some shrimp and lobster tails to make for the wife tomorrow.

Well, got some hardware from the dealership for a truck project, saddle soap to try and get the steering wheel clean and got home before the rain hit. Walked in the door to two dozen fresh tamales! Ate like a fat kid and fell asleep in the recliner for four hours. No more rain so back to working on the truck.

pull the plugs and crank it over to blow the water out of the cylinders, change oil and diff fluids, unless you have a breather relocate. hopefully no serious damage.

beyond this advice you would need the help of the resident taco submariner's

I'd pull the plugs and see what's going on in those combustion chambers

perhaps some oil was forced up past the piston rings from the extra pressure created by the water?

If there's no oil or ash on those plugs, he could rule out rings or valve guides being shot. Could be water in an electric connector causing fuel/ignition issues that may not be noticeable.

Crossing my fingers for you, Crow. :fingerscrossed:
