I’m not a very good picture taker, and most of my time was spent being focused on the trail... it was so much more impressive in person. Seeing a Jeep pop out from around a blind corner with several hundred feet of cliff a couple feet from your outside tires is Intense. I will go back, for sure!

Maybe, just maybe. Wind has jumped to 21 mph gusts, folded umbrellas, but I still have sprinklers running!

    I think Silverton is 950 miles from my place, at 12.5 mpg that's ~75 gallons and @ $2.4 a gal that's like $180

Someone can check my mental math

Had this happen with dirt bikes before, once they ended up just using my front bumper to stop and grab my truck to prevent from falling :bananadead:

Probably pretty close, I did pay $3.69 a gallon in Ouray though.

I know what you mean, since I'm not North of ya! Wind is a steady 25 mph now, thunder, some lightning, and STILL no reason to turn of a sprinkler!

Ouray is definitely my favorite town in the world. :fistbump:

Yankee Boy was probably the most beautiful spot I've ever been to. Glad you had fun! I recognize that cool overhang on the way up to Yankee Boy

Black Bear was only open from the silverton side, maybe it will be fully open when y’all go. Cinnamon pass Was also Temporarily closed between Grizzly Gulch and Sherman due to mudslide.

I mean, might be coincidence, but a guy was all over FB groups lately trying to raffle off Baja Designs lights... pretty sure he wanted more in ticket money than they actually cost (new) as well. Oh well, he gone now lol

Yeah there were a few dirt bikers that were being pricks, passing people on the inside and outside edge.

If they want to pass on the outside and let Darwanism do it's things nbd but yeah passing on the inside is a dick thing to do. I do always try and pull over tho 'cause ik what it's like on the other side (used to ride before I could drive)
