Ac fixed in my brothers 4r and a 3rd gen and 5th gen shot test pic from my new phone

 

I tossed mine when the progressive AAL went on. I wish I could afford new leafs but it's a hell of a rabbit hole for tundras. I think you gotta custom order em from either deaver or general springs and then you gotta determine shock travel and all that shit gets spendy quick. Plus the stock leafs on my tundra with 210k miles are still in better shape than either of my tacos stock leafs were

 

I fixed some of the first welds. They're still ugly asf but they seem a lot stronger now, and i'm getting better at filling those gaps. I was definitely going too fast initially.

Either a coworker is f’ing with me or it fell out. I doubt someone stole it. Killeen is full of thieves but none of them know what that is.

 

I dont know what angle I put most sliders at, but when I'm fitting them is when I have the person say yeah, that's what I want. Then I check to make sure doors can open with enough clearance not to strike them.

 

If it happened in Killeen, it could have been stolen lol.

I remember working gate guard at the 10th Street Gate by the Warrior Way Commissary listening to the gun shots throughout the night from downtown. I had to call up a few gun fights off-post a few times to DES.

Well off post Mercedes, Range Rovers and 300’s seem to be the status symbols in Killeen so I don’t know why thieves would find anything about a Tacoma appealing. But hey it’s Killeen. My father-in-law had his Oncor van stolen in broad daylight at a gas station near down town. Obviously not the smartest criminals.

 

I didn't know Killeen had a downtown, where is it. I was last there in the 90's.

Damn , it has been a really rough week for one of my coworkers. He lost his brother this past weekend to a very aggressive cancer. And today he lost another family member.

A line crew is family, and a loss felt By one affects us all. With out even really knowing why, we all had called or texted him in the last couple hours.

 

Been so long I had to pull up Goole maps. I remember now. I worked for a bit at a convience store on N. Ft. Hood right outside the gate on Rancier. Wasn't a great area then.

 

Sorry to hear, man. I know any road crew is family.
