    I ran 2 miles and biked 10 miles each day this week on top of my regularly scheduled work out :muscleflexing:

    I’m not seeing much change, but I sure am feeling it! Down 6 lbs. since June 7.

    Time for whiskey :proposetoast:

    Nothing specific within each work out. I’m feeling stronger, throwing around more weight/reps, but I have some lbs. to lose before I notice any real shape change

    Monday - legs and low back
    Tuesday - back, shoulders, arms
    Wednesday - cardio and arms
    Thursday - chest and abs
    Friday - shoulders and arms
    Saturday - only heavy cardio

    I do that occasionally. I flip between low weight/lots of reps, high weight, and the method you mentioned. I try to keep my body guessing and my mind interested
