    A way of thinking and dealing with traffic that (supposedly) makes you a safer driver. Had to take it when I worked for the city. It was kind of useful. Mainly a mindset of considering everyone and everything a potential hazard and constantly positioning yourself to avoid it. It was okay, but my insurance company wasn't impressed.
