    just got a notice from Toyota corp. about the 3rd gen Tacomas being added to the frame rust replacement list.

    "Toyota has received a number of reports regarding vehicle frame corrosion perforation on 2011 - 2017 model year Tacoma's" (2nd -3rd gen) "these year models may exhibit more-than-normal corrosion to the vehicles frame" "if the condition is verified and meets certain standards it will be repaired or replaced under terms of the Customer Support Program"

    Got a weird question for you guys. I carry water bottles in one of my roof rack mounted plano rifle cases. I am trying to come up with a better way to carry them because I think i can hear them jiggling and such during travel. The easy solution would obviously be one of the RotoPax water cases, but I do not currently have roof to mount that! :crazy: Any ideas?

    How much bed space or back seat room do you have perhaps a well insulated cooler or a 12v fridge would help out and keep them cool another option would be a potable water jug and ratchet strap it down.:notsure:
    I ratchet strap everything and never have a problem.

    Hope you rotate them often.. the heat will have the water tasting a bit like plastic after awhile.

    We run into that at work as we get to the bottom of a pallet in the summer.
