I finally popped my cherry this past weekend and got my Shiny Wheels dirty.





About a dozen of us went up the Cacapon Mtns in WVa to 68Daves cabin up in the woods. Firearms, Bonfires, Food, Libations, and on Sunday the deluxe tour of the mountain.



We went exploring down to the Potomac River. One trail we took Dave said he had only ever had his triple locked LC and atv's on only, not any trucks. We all agreed to go for it.

This area of the trail was deceiving. It was very tall grass but there were downed trees, stumps, and some nice sized boulders scattered throughout it. We had to take our time and get out and investigate the path, then spot each other over and around the obstacles.



When we got to the river I had to get wet!








I am running Cooper S/T Maxx tires, 255/85/r16 (32.8") at 35psi. I am still on the Pro's stock Fox 2.5 suspension. We were going over some decent sized trees, and into some pretty deep mud holes. I was locked in 4lo only for the one sketchy trail and 2wd for the rest. No rubbing at all and no slippage. If you go slow and just gradually push on the skinny pedal these trucks will gogogo!

looks like it was an amazing trip.... reminds me I need to get back out to the favorite national forest and go explore some new areas...

Well Chris, I've been on here since June of 2017 and it has taken that long just to get off the road. I was ready this time last year but had that major setback. I'm so grateful everyone was patient and gave me the time I needed. No one gave up on me and while I didn't fell like I had anything to prove to anyone but myself it felt good to finally be able to post up those pics.

I ain't gonna lie, we didn't do any rock gardens but the trails we did do were fine with me. At my age I'm afraid if my butt hole puckers past a certain point I may have to see a doctor to have it fixed

 

I like a good mystery! First, is it legal, political or religious? Anything with those themes might get you into trouble. Of course this is Chad the Stud's thread so I suppose he has final say.

 

Legal, no religious or political influence, just a dude in the DFW trying to do the small business thing.

 

Hmmmm, now I am gonna rack my brain trying to figure out what kind of legal thing you are gonna sell to make some extra cash.

Judges robes? Gavels? Oh! I know! One of those stenographer machines!!!!!!!!!!!!
