I can make them fit. Minimum amount of lift they'll give is the thickness of the AAL. You'd need new center pins.

Your truck only has one bulb for low and high beam? Try taking one bulb out. Then try high beam. If it's still doing the same thing. Try putting the old one back in and see if that works

 

Try switching them around and see what happens
