Picked her up from @Letsgoplaces on September 8th.

2017 TRD Off-Road 4x4 with Premium and Tech and Katzkin Leather Seats.

By September 18th we had her into the shop for some R&D on some new production items:

Once that was done it was over to the opposite side of the shop for the full treatment

How much trimming was required to run the 285/75/17? I'm wanting to run that size on my 2nd gen

A pretty good amount to clear while articulating and the 3rd gens have a little more room than the 2nd Gens do in the front. Its not impossible but be prepared to modify the pinch weld the cab mount and lose a ton if not most of your inner fender plastics.

I haven't personally looked at the 3rd gens but I could definitely tell from pictures that they do have a lot more fender room. If you take out most of the inner fender then you have to resort to a snorkel correct?

you will still keep your upper inner fender, so no reason for a snorkel, even if the whole inner fender is removed youre still not "required" to run a snorkel

Okay good to know. Thank you. How much of power loss did you notice with them. I'm on 285/75/16 now
