If you guys are up for a route that’s a little longer and super scenic, there is gernimos trail which leaves from Douglas and will go over to basically Animas New Mexico. Then we can head back to portal and in to the Chiricahuas. We did it a few weeks ago. It’s easily a two wheel drive trail and really really pretty.

@trojanman18 Are you thinking leave friday evening or Saturday morning? We'd be down for either, Sunset is before 1900 now so we'd have to be ready and book straight from work basically and even then we'd arrive in the dark so idk if it's worth it or not. This means I need to make it to @JeepAndrew 's for my sliders as well as change my oil and install rivnuts back into my crossmembers for my front skid this week. holla if anyone wants to help with that, which would most likely require simple heckling and beer drinking while I'm under there.

Sarah and I would be down for that if we all decide to roll out sat morning!

man you're going with a big group, emergency parts wouldn't be a problem! Or we can pull CV's (front) or axles (rear) and remove the ring gear of the corresponding diff and then slap it back together sans ring gear so you can roll FWD or RWD home depending which one pops.

either way you are replacing them sooo might as well take the gamble :p :spending:

One other thing. Shot in the dark but does anyone here have an HK P30 V1 9mm or CZ P10c that sarah can test fire? trying to iron out a carry gun for her. That or a local range that has either/both of these for rent, though I've learned that indoor ranges with a large selection of rentals is non exsistant here in Tucson. Most are 1911 or one of 13 Glocks to rent.

I can most likely make this as well if we leave Saturday morning instead of Friday night but don’t hold up the group for me though.

What time would everyone want to rendezvous? 7-8? I’d like to get up there as early as possible.

Depends on the rendezvous location I supposed. I’m usually up at 4am but will most likely be coming from Florence Az
